Nick Browne (8-1) has finally found a fight, and it will be the biggest fight of his career.
The lightweight fighter will make his promotional debut at LFA 76, as he is set to face top prospect Trey Odgen (12-3) in the main event in Park City, Kansas.
A native of Western Pennsylvania, “Nyquil” is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and one of the best unsigned prospects himself.
A four-year pro, he holds notable wins over Cameron VanCamp and Troy Lamson, with his only loss coming against current UFC fighter John Gunther. Most recently, he successfully defended his lightweight title at Pinnacle FC 17 with a victory over former NCAA champion Jeffery Pelton last June.
Browne is ranked as the No. 6 pro lightweight in Pennsylvania and No. 12 in the Northeast according to Tapology.
Ogden will be fighting closer to home, as the Glory MMA and Fitness product hails from Missouri. Also 29, he holds a 3-0 record under the LFA banner and also had a win over Manny Meraz at Bellator 159 in 2016. He’s ranked as the No. 1 pro lightweight in Kansas/Missouri and No. 2 in the Midwest.
LFA 76 will air live on AXS TV from the Hartman Arena on Friday, Sept. 13.
