Linda Mihalec and Hope Chase win Invicta FC debuts


It was a good night for a pair of Invicta FC debut fighters from right here in our coverage area. Both Hope Chase and Linda Mihalec are coming home with impressive victories at Invicta FC 37 in Kansas City.

Hope Chase didn’t waste much time in her debut as she went to work and got a first round rear naked choke submission win over Megan Cawley. Here celebration was flashy and caught the attention of many people. Her excitement was shared by all her fans back home cheering her on.

It was a grueling three round affair for AFS Academy/10th Planet Richmond’s Linda Mihalec as she got he better of almost all the striking exchanges with Marisa Messer-Belenchia but suffered a deep cut that had everyone commenting on the blood that was spilled.

After three rounds all three judges gave the fight to Mihalec as she gets her second professional win. She will leave will a nasty cut as well as captured by Gina Elliott.

Mihalec moves to a perfect 2-0 on her professional career and Hope Chase stands at 2-1 with the win. Congrats to both fighters and we look forward to what is next on their journey.
